Rowan Celebrates 30th Anniversary

This August, the UK’s leading premium yarn company will host an exhibition to showcase examples of vintage designer garments representing 3 decades of success and growth in the hand knits industry.
The exhibition will begin at a local venue 4 miles from the home of the Holmfirth firm, which now has over 7,500 subscribers worldwide, before setting off on its travels around the globe. The touring exhibition will feature a selection of iconic designs and interviews from key designers who have helped create the individuality that is the Rowan brand.
The past 30 years have seen Rowan develop from life in a small office above a grocery store into an internationally recognised centre of handknitting excellence. With the launch of their eco-responsible Purelife brand earlier this year, Rowan have also shown themselves to be as dedicated to achieving sustainability within the industry as they are to achieving design acclaim.

Opening Times: The Exhibition will be open 10am till 4pm on: Friday 29th – Saturday 30th August & Friday 12th – Saturday 13th September Admission to the Exhibition is free
The exhibition is also available during weekdays Monday-Thursday by appointment only.
