Zero Burglaries in Holmfirth

There were no domestic burglaries reported by Holmfirth police in the last few weeks, although a pub and a shed were broken into
Speaking on their local Holmfirth Neighbourhood web page, officers said: “Can we remind you not to leave your keys in the lock making it easy for thieves to gain access to your homes. The norm is then for any visible car kys to be taken and the vehicle stolen.
“There have been 2 vehicles damaged in the Holmfirth area this week. One in the Burnlee area and one in Holmfirth centre. However there have been no reports of theft of vehicles or theft from vehicles in your area.”
Valley residents are invited to the next Police and Communities Together Meeting (PACT) in Wooldale on Tuesday Feb 9.
